Type PT Sampler

The Type PT industrial sampler is primarily used for sampling granules and pellets. It is designed to collect accurate and representative samples when installed on positive or negative pressure pneumatic conveying systems, as well as on vertical or horizontal gravity chutes.

When activated, the sample tube extends into the product stream and a cavity within the tube collects the sample. The tube then retracts from the product stream, sealing the line once the sample has been taken.

Standard construction includes:

• Aluminium seal housing
• Stainless steel sample tube
• Teflon seals
• Control system allowing manual and automatic sampling operation
• Alternative materials of construction available on request

InterSystems control packages are available to suit all sampling control applications, supporting both manual and automatic operation. The sampler can accommodate a wide range of voltages and frequencies and may be configured for use in most operating environments.
