Bin Dischargers
Wrights Dowson Group bin dischargers provide a proven and effective solution for discharging powder and granular materials from storage bins. They are ideal for controlling discharge at fixed or variable flow rates.
The design scope of the screw bin discharger is extensive. Standard equipment typically includes:
- Single, twin, or multi-worm configurations
- Manufacture in mild steel or stainless steel
- Normal or heavy-duty construction
- Size range from 100mm to 800mm diameter
- Throughput capacities from 2.8 to 1,000 m³/h
- Optional fixed or variable speed drives, with screw assemblies driven individually or by a common spur gear drive
Multi-worm machines are available for wide inlet openings and can be supplied with tapered screws, special troughs, customised inlets, and tailored casing lengths to suit specific application requirements.
