Belt End HD-PRT Industrial Samplers

The HD-PRT industrial sampler is designed to collect representative and repeatable samples from a wide range of materials. It is suitable for fine materials with either small or large particles and performs reliably with abrasive products.

When activated, the slotted sample tube enters the product stream with the slot facing downwards. Once fully extended, the tube rotates through 270 degrees, cutting a representative sample across the full product stream. The tube then retracts into the housing and discharges the collected sample into the outlet.

Standard construction of the HD-PRT industrial sampler includes:

• Heavy gauge mild steel seal housing
• 304 stainless steel sample tube

Alternative materials of construction and equipment options are available, including pneumatic or hydraulic sample tube drives.
